Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and shoe boxes are placed inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
